Rental conditions Casa el Mirador
When booking and using our accommodation, the following rental conditions apply:
Booking costs are paid as follows:
- 30% upon booking and 70% no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
- 100% if the arrival date is within 8 weeks.
- The deposit of €300 must be paid with the final payment. After your stay and inspection, the deposit will be returned to the bank account from which it was also paid within 5 days.
Cancel:
- More than 8 weeks before arrival date 30% of the total amount.
- Within 8 weeks before arrival date, 100% of the total amount.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
- The accommodation is exclusively intended for a maximum of 6 people and 1 baby (camping bed) unless otherwise agreed.
- Check-in is possible from 16:00.
- Check-out no later than 10:00 am
- Later check in/out if possible in consultation
- Your identification will be requested upon arrival.
- Rental includes bed, bath and kitchen linen as well as final cleaning and use of all facilities.
- Electricity is included up to 20kWh per day (normal use), for more consumption we charge €0.30ct per kWh.
- Solar panel yields can be used for free
- The accommodation is less suitable for disabled people.
- Use of the accommodation, outdoor areas and swimming pool is at your own risk.
- Animals are not allowed in our accommodation unless otherwise agreed.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Extinguish cigarettes in appropriate ashtrays (It is prohibited to make/leave open fires in nature)
- Use of WiFi is completely free
- TV available with chromecast, Netflix available
- Illegal downloading and/or uploading of prohibited / punishable content in the WiFi network is strictly prohibited.
- We are not responsible for disruptions to our internet / WiFi network. (In the event of any malfunction, we will of course make every effort to resolve this as quickly as possible.)
- When using the accommodation, the accommodation and furnishings must be handled with care at all times.
- Damage due to the tenant's actions or negligence to, in and around the accommodation as well as to indoor and outdoor furniture, appliances and swimming pool will always be recovered from the landlord.
- Before using the accommodation, it is important to read the additional house rules available on the guest portal
Keys:
Keys will be handed over at check-in; if they are lost, the costs of replacing keys/locks will be recovered from the tenant.
