4+1 (5th person or baby cot to be added when booking) Residence “Las Brisas” is located on the Costa del Sol east, 35 minutes from Malaga airport, on a hill and with full sea views.  The domain has a beautifully landscaped garden with tropical plants and palm trees.

In the middle of these gardens you will find a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool with picnic benches and toilets, a playground for children and for the sports enthusiasts among us there is a padel field.  (rockets and balls available in the apartment) The apartment has 2 very large terraces (unique in the region) and is located on the first floor, but because of the hill on which the residence is located you enter at street level.  All rooms have air conditioning/heating that can be centrally controlled from the living room.  The apartment itself is on one level and has a view of the pool and the Mediterranean Sea and all rooms open onto one of the terraces.  One floor higher is the second, even larger terrace of 10 by 4 meters with a lovely lounge and sun beds.  There is an outdoor shower for cooling.  A separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) complete the apartment.  Costa Brisas is quietly located and yet only 10 minutes by car from the pleasant Torre del Mar.  In addition to Torre del Mar you will find Algorrobo, Torrox and Nerja, among others, so there is a lot to see and a different beach every day.  of course you can also opt for the quieter and attractive beaches of Benajarafe, 6 minutes away.  The apartment is suitable with and without a rental car.  Bus connection 500 meters (hill) If you want to discover the Axarquia yourself or perhaps more of Andalucia, we recommend renting a car.  Costa Brisas is available all year round, please contact us for winter prices.
